Phone systems, UCaaS & CCaaS

Reviews of ageing or over-priced phone systems, and full migrations to modern cloud voice and contact centre platforms.

Phone systems are one of the most common places to find money going out for very little back: legacy hardware on a maintenance contract, capacity nobody uses, and call routing that made sense a decade ago.

I have led a project consolidating three separate companies off three separate voice systems onto a single hybrid UCaaS and CCaaS platform supporting over 1,100 users, integrated into the group CRM, with AI receptionists and proper call reporting. The same principles scale down to a business with fifteen phones.

What this covers

  • Review of your current system, contract and actual usage
  • Requirements gathering and going to market on your behalf
  • Migration to cloud voice: UCaaS, CCaaS or a hybrid of both
  • Number porting handled carefully so nothing goes dark
  • Call flows and routing designed around how you really work
  • Integration with Teams or your CRM where it earns its keep
  • Reporting so you can finally see call volumes and performance
  • User training so the change lands well

When this is the right fit

Your phone system is old, expensive, or no longer fits how the business works, or you are being quoted for a replacement and want someone independent to check it.

What it costs

£2,000 – £6,000 — depending on user count.

That is a guide range, not a quote. You get a fixed price after a free 30-minute scoping call, and it does not move afterwards. I am not VAT registered, so there is no 20% to add on top. Full guide prices for every service are published openly.

How it works

A free 30-minute conversation first, so I understand the situation and you can judge whether I am the right person. Then a clear scope and a fixed quote or an hourly rate, agreed before anything starts. Work delivered, documented, and handed over.

Response times: within 2 hours during working hours, and never more than 24 hours.
